The University of Northern Iowa plays in San Marcos tonight against the Texas State Bobcats at 7 PM CST on ESPN2. A cold front is currently going through Texas and it will be around 40 F at gametime. Not so good for the Bobcats, as they probably are not used to that kind of temperature.. Even though UNI plays in a dome, most of our players are from the midwest and know about cold temps.. This can only help the Panthers as they go for a shot at heading to the National Championship game.

My key for a Panther victory is to simply secure the Big Mo’. Momentum…it’s almost magical.. You can have one team who has superior athletes at every position, but the lesser team goes and string a few scores together and makes a few big time stops and BAM they have the Big Mo’ and the skill level of the other team is thrown out the window… THE BIG MO’
