Build it and they will drink.
So I finally made enough trips to the landfill to clear enough crap out of my basement so I can start to build my bar. It shall be a good bar, and I will name it.. er.. bar..
Anyway, I this past week I got all the walls in that room done so I can start on framing up my bar. In just a few hours tonight I made a lot of progress. Here are a few pictures before I started.
Here is the result of my work tonight.
It is a “L” shaped design, 10 ‘ by 6′ or something like that. It is much larger then I thought it would be. Guess I will have to have bigger parties.
The framing up is the easy part, after I get that done I will need to do some thinking about wiring and getting water to the sink and all that crap. It’ll be fun!

UPDATE: After looking at those pictures it looks like the frame is not quite square with the world.. Trust me.. It is.

I could actually care less about those two shows. They both suck.
But one of the statements near the end of the article gave me just some teeny tiny hope.
Meanwhile, there haven’t been any active negotiations to revive “Futurama,” which, much like “Family Guy” before it, is enjoying a second life on Cartoon Network’s “Adult Swim” late-night block. But Fox executives are keeping a close eye on the series’ newfound success.
