Says loser boy:
“There is a place in this world for satire, but there is a time when satire ends and intolerance and bigotry towards religious beliefs of others begins,” the 63-year-old soul singer and outspoken Scientologist said.
“Religious beliefs are sacred to people, and at all times should be respected and honored,” he continued. “As a civil rights activist of the past 40 years, I cannot support a show that disrespects those beliefs and practices.”
That is a bunch of BS, if you ask me….

“South Park” co-creator Matt Stone responded sharply in an interview with The Associated Press Monday, saying, “This is 100 percent having to do with his faith of Scientology… He has no problem — and he’s cashed plenty of checks — with our show making fun of Christians.”

Stone told The AP he and co-creator Trey Parker “never heard a peep out of Isaac in any way until we did Scientology. He wants a different standard for religions other than his own, and to me, that is where intolerance and bigotry begin.”

The inventor of the cubicle is no longer with us!
Thirty years ago, when Propst, reluctant cubicle sire, came up with the idea for the much-maligned partitioned compartment of doom, he did so with the intent of improving the office environment, Fortune Magazine reports.
The way Probst envisioned the cubicle, it wasn’t actually a cube at all — it was an “Action Office” — and contained various levels of desk space so workers could sit or stand while on the job.

The U.S. Army has discovered a remote control gun turret that works, and cannot get enough of them. The army wants over 9,000 CROWS (common remotely operated weapon stations), but is only getting 15 a month. There should be about a thousand CROWS in service by the end of the year. . . .
But there’s another reason, not often talked about, for the success of CROWS. The guys operating these systems grew up playing video games. They developed skills in operating systems (video games) very similar to the CROWS controls. This was important, because viewing the world around the vehicle via a vidcam is not as enlightening (although a lot safer) than having your head and chest exposed to the elements, and any firepower the enemy sends your way. But experienced video gamers are skilled at whipping that screen view around, and picking up any signs of danger.

I’ve resisted for several years now… Yeah, I’ve always watched the tryouts to see the losers, but once they got serious I’ve never really watched much.
They’ve finally sucked me in… I can’t miss it!!! I think the thing that draws me in is listening to the judges and see if I agree with them. I’ve come to the conclusion that Simon is the most “balanced” of the judges. Randy and Paula seem to have their favorites and don’t criticize them even if they suck a$$.
Case in point.. Last week, first week where the fans could vote I think. Sway sang this song and, I’m sorry, but it sucked really bad. He’s a pretty good singer, but he totally killed that song. Randy and Paula liked it, while Simon told it how it was… It sucked. Same thing for that little 16 year old kid with the lisp… Randy and Paula liked it.. Simon hated it.
Simon rules.. and I think Randy rules too most of the time, but he seems to have his favorites that (I think) he does not criticize as much as he should. Anyway.. I can’t believe I watch that damn show… (I DVR the results shows though and just fast forward to who gets booted… takes a 1 hour show down to about 5 mins.)
