Look at poor Lieberman. Here is a dude who votes VERY left 95% of the time, but because he was for the Iraq war, he is vilified by the Lefty nutjobs as being a Repub, when he is very liberal. Should Bush be that close to the center on that map? Probably not, but you look at his immigration stance, that a centrist stance. If you read Andrew Sullivan you'll hear about how a lot of folks in the administration don't have any problems with gay folk, but since they are too reliant on the religous right, that goes to the wayside. That's why I am going to be the future Mayor of Waverly and nothing more. :-) I have positions on both sides of the isle, which would make me hated by both sides. :-) Heh.
