German traffic police were shocked to see a California Highway Patrol car cruising along the motorway, driven by a man dressed as an authentic American cop, authorities said on Thursday.
But they recovered sufficiently to book the 35-year-old Goettingen resident, whose uniform badge read “T.J. Lazer,” for possessing a replica Smith & Wesson revolver without a license and having out-of-date registration plates.
“He was sitting at the wheel with his elbow on the window like in the best TV crime series,” said Osthessen police spokesman Martin Schaefer. (…) The man told police he had been taking the 30-year-old vehicle to Bavaria to sell it and wanted to impress the buyer.”

I never liked that ambulance chaser, but the same time he’s bashing Wal-Mart, his people are trying to get a PS3 for his spoiled kid ahead of all the folks waiting in line.
See, for all the crap Wal-Mart gets about wages and stuff, what people don’t realize is that the Democraps trying to get the min wage raised are not doing it for the people making minimum wage. Noooooo, what most people don’t know is that the min wage is tided to alot of Union Contracts, so Union folks making alot of money already can get more because the min wage is raised.
So, I guess the Playstation 3 comes out Thursday at midnight. (I guess it is really 12:01AM Friday) Anyway, they are in big demand. Here in Waverly at the new Super Walmart they were supposed to get 10 in stock. They only got 4. (They will give rainchecks for the other 6)
Anyway, my Buddy Dave and Jake decided to get in line to buy one. We are all XBox guys, however, and the reason they are getting them so they can turn around and sell them on EBay. They are going for around $2000 so far, not bad for a $600 investment.
So, I just happen to be at Walmart at 6ish tonight when they show up. Walmart had a pretty sweet setup, they had 10 lounge type lawn chairs setup back in layaway and a TV/DVD combo setup. So they were going to have a pretty sweet 30 hour wait. (As sweet as a 30 hour wait could be.)
However, a few hours later I got a call from Dave saying that they were booted out of Walmart and now they must wait outside for the next 28 hours!! I laughed my a$$ off. They were not prepared to be outside so I had to bring up some warmer clothes…
