Waterloo/Cedar Falls Dr. busted!!
WATERLOO — A Waterloo physician has been arrested after narcotics officers found pounds of methamphetamine after searching his home and another residence.
Dr. Mark Joseph Louviere, 50, 343 Four Seasons Drive, was arrested for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of meth with intent to deliver while in possession of a firearm and violation of the drug tax stamp act.
Ouch.. Well, Ok, maybe he just has a bad drug habbit… it can happen….
Court records state officers with the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force located more than 5 kilograms of methamphetamine, which is more than 11 pounds, and several firearms.Preliminary law enforcement estimates place the value of the drugs in the $950,000 range.
Holy crap!!! A million dollars of Meth? A million?!?!?!? Friendly family doctor has a secret 2nd life as a big time drug dealer. Nice. Maybe he runs his practice similar to a university health center. When you go to the UNI health center, no matter what you have, they’ll give you some asprin…. When you go to Dr. Mark’s, clinic, he’ll give you some Meth!!

The fact that he is a good doctor has nothing to do with it.
They found a million bucks of meth in the house he was watching.. they have already cleared the owner of that house. They said they found “other items belonging to Louviere” in the drug bag as well.
Are you suggesting the Waterloo cops had 11 pounds of meth sitting around and decided to frame a respected white doctor?
